COACHING BURSARY

THE OASIS FOUNDATION IS DELIGHTED TO OFFER A FULLY SPONSORED BURSARY FOR PROFESSIONAL, ACCREDITED COACH TRAINING 2024/2025.

This Bursary is a non-repayable grant and is for applicants working in social change.  We are particularly interested in supporting applicants from organisations in the North who meet the eligibility criteria below.

The bursary covers all course fees but does not include your travel expenses or accommodation if needed.

Eligibility Criteria: You’ll need to satisfy the following criteria:

The Organisation will:

  • Be actively engaged in social change.

  • Have a realistic, committed and agreed plan for supporting you through the programme.

  • Commit to meeting the remaining costs including accommodation and travel, if needed.

  • Be able to show that without the bursary support of the Oasis Foundation, it would be unable to fund a place on the programme due to limited financial resources.

  • Be willing to have its logo used in future promotion of the programme and future bursaries.

Programme dates:

Module 1: 7 - 9 October 2024

Module 2: 2 - 4 December 2024

Module 3: 3 - 5 February 2025

Module 4: 28 - 30 April 2025

Module 5: 8 - 9 September 2025

If you would like to apply you will:

  • Be a leader or manager within the organisation.

  • Have worked within the organisation for at least a year.

  • Be able to participate in all programme modules in full and be able to fulfil the programme requirements.

  • Be open to feedback, willing to learn, prepared to fully engage in the programme, and apply the learning and skills within your work setting.

  • Be emotionally robust in your day-to-day working.

N.B. Bursary awards are only made payable to organisations for participants who complete the Coaching with Head Heart and Soul programme. If in the unlikely event a participant unilaterally decides to withdraw from the programme, the full payment for the programme (£3995) falls to their organisation, waiving such a payment is at the discretion of Oasis Human Relations, depending upon circumstances.

The Selection Group and Foundation Administration follow School policy in matters of data protection.
