WHOLE PERSON SUPERVISON

COACHING SUPERVISION WITH HEAD, HEART AND SOUL

A WHOLE PERSON, WHOLE SYSTEM APPROACH

A whole person, whole system approach to deepening essential skills, expanding contextual understanding and fostering the unique personal qualities of the Coaching Supervisor in practice.

In September 2022, we launched a new professional Coaching Supervision training programme.  Our coaching supervision courses are aimed at would-be supervisors: those independent or organisational coaching practitioners with a minimum of 3 years of coaching experience who wish to deepen their practice and coaching supervision qualifications whilst developing a whole person, whole system approach to supervisory work and relationships.

What is Coaching Supervision?

Coaching supervision training with Oasis is a structured and confidential process where a qualified coaching supervision course supervisor works with you to enhance your professional development and effectiveness. Oasis provides a space for the coach to reflect on their coaching practice, gain insights, and address any challenges or ethical dilemmas they may encounter in their work. Oasis’ coaching supervision aims to support the coach in delivering high-quality coaching, ensuring ethical standards are upheld, and promoting continuous learning and growth in the coaching profession.

Here’s what our first participants in the coaching supervision programme thought about their experience…

Our professional supervision programme

Facilitated by Oasis Co-Director Marion Ragaliauskas and long-standing Oasis Associate and founding member of the Association for Coaching, Benita Treanor. Together they bring over 60 years of experience working in the field of human relations, as one-to-one, group and organisational development practitioners, and decades of experience as supervisors of developmental processes and practice.  We are working with The Association for Coaching to make this an accredited coaching supervision training programme.

We are currently taking expressions of interest for this 10-day, in-person programme which begins in September 2024, with a maximum of 12 participants.
