We can help you to create an internal coaching resource in your organisation. The starting place is to identify volunteers from within the business whose passion for the development of others would make them perfect candidates to be internal coaches.

These people are supported through professionally accredited coach training and supervised in their practice by leaders in the field of coaching. We work with trainee coaches to build their confidence and competence to start offering coaching to peers in your organisation alongside their day job. We make sure that they are upheld with excellent supervision and work with you to make sure that your internal coaching scheme is safe and effective.
